assemble : ab initio construction of 3D structures by admin — last modified 2010-04-23 18:32
Assemble proposes a graphical framework which allows ab initio construction of complex three-dimensional RNA structures. By providing to Assemble an RNA sequence and a secondary structure annotation, this software produces a first draft of a 3D structure. Assemble provides several widgets to pursue the construction process "by hand". The user can translate, rotate, cut or link RNA "building blocks" (helices, single-strands, recurrent tertiary motifs,…) or alter any torsion angle for a given residue.
iFoldRNA by Mituyama Toutai — last modified 2010-04-23 18:32
A novel web-based methodology for RNA structure prediction with near atomic resolution accuracy and analysis of RNA folding thermodynamics. iFoldRNA rapidly explores RNA conformations using discrete molecular dynamics simulations of input RNA sequences.
