Database Update for New Year
A happy new year from ncRNA.org! We updated our databases for fRNAdb and UCSC Genome Browser For Functional RNA as of Jan. 9, 2007. Major changes include replacement of H-inv cDNAs with current release (rel.3). UCSC Genome Browser is now based on original v146.
Due to these changes, the version numbers are updated to:
fRNAdb 1.0.1 --> 2.0
UCSC GenomeBrowser for Functional RNA 1.0.1 --> 2.0
fRNAdb 1.0.1 --> 2.0
UCSC GenomeBrowser for Functional RNA 1.0.1 --> 2.0
