Research Interest

My research interest lies in the area of computational biology and is holding its axis on information science including mathematical models e.g.hidden Markov model and stochastic context-free grammar which can be shown in my paper "Marginalized Kernels for RNA Sequence Data Analysis" (PDF).
Since 2005, I have been involved in the functional RNA project, which is funded by a Japanese governmental funding source, as a researcher assigned to development of functional RNA databases and genome-wide ncRNA finding.
