Description
The original sense-antisense identification is performed on the human genome July 2003 (hg16, NCBI Build 34) assembly. The transcripts associated with the sense-antisense pairs are shown in the supplementary material of [1]. This track is provided as a "lift up" of the original data to the recent builds i.e. May 2004 (hg17, NCBI Build 35) and Mar 2006 (hg18, NCBI Build 36.1).
